All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual portrayal of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained on our websites were over the age of 18 years of age at the time the visual image was created.

The owners of this website and all Dark Zone Media are not the primary producer (as defined in 18USC section 2257) of any visual content contained on these sites.

All other visual depictions are exempt from the provisions of 18 USC section 2257 and 28 CFR 75 because they do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 USC section 2256 (2) items A-D but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity. These exempt photos as well as ALL IMAGES on ALL DARK ZONE MEDIA sites with visual depiction of an individual use only models who were 18 years of age or older at the time the image was created.
